5th Annual Chili Cook Off

Sunday January 29 @ 6:00 pm

This year we have joined forces with Lyman UMC in order to encourage more entries and have more space for eating in as well as takeout.  Tickets are just $5.00 each available at the church offices during the week or at the door.  Entries of Soup or Chilli still accepted. Come and enjoy the fellowship and the food!

UNITED METHODIST YOUTH

Our United Methoidst youth meet Sunday evenings at the church every two weeks.  Come and join the fun.

Chili CookOff

Reidville Road UMC will team up with Lyman UMC for this years Chili CookOff.  Come and enjoy the fun and fellowship as money is raised for local charities.  Entry applications are available at the church Monday - Thursday and Sunday morning.  All funds raised will be split among local charities.  Mark the date on your calendar - January 29.

Lenten Bible Study

Beginning Sunday morning, February 19 (the Sunday before Ash Wednesday), we will begin a 6 week study titled "The Easter Experience."  Each session will explore relevant life themes such as "My Life Has a  Purpose" and "My Life Can Change."  We will begin at 9:15 each morning.  Please note the change in time from normal Sunday school.

Ash Wednesday Worship

We will gather together to mark the beginning of Lent on Wednesday evening, February 22nd.  Worship will include the imposition of ashes for those who wish to participate in this portion of service.  Worship begins at 7:00 pm.
