"Reaching Out to the Unreached"

Outreach Ministry of Reidville Road United Methodist Church

We had a pre-Easter project to benefit Children Shelter of the Upstate in March.  We collected toys, books, clothing and McDonald’s gift certificates for the children living there. 

In late April, we collected meat items for The Carpenter’s Table, a local food pantry on Reidville Road that serves needy District 5 persons. 

In June or July, we plan to have an Ice Cream Social and collect items for The Carpenter’s Table again.  Representatives from The Carpenter’s Table will come to talk to us about this charity and the possibility of our partnering with them. 

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,
I was a strangerand you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
